At Bee’s  Cards your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, our goal is to make every aspect of your buying experience as pleasant and risk free as possible. This includes keeping all of your personal information that we must gather in the course of business secure.

As an online retailer we must in the course of conducting business with you, gather certain personal information from our customer. Because of this need, I feel that you fully understand this site’s privacy policy regarding your personal information and how it is used. This policy covers what information we gather and how it is to be used.

Bee’s Cards Collects the Following Information:

In order to work with you in creating your custom handmade invitations or any of the other products available we must collect:

• Your name
• Your mailing address
• Your shipping address if different
• Your daytime telephone number
• If purchasing any product as a gift the name, phone number and address of the intended recipient.
• A valid email address
• The information that you need to have printed on any of the invitations , cards, envelopes or other products you are ordering

We collect the minimum necessary amount of information that is needed to process your order and get it shipped to you. As you will be ordering printed custom invitations that contain personal invitation all of this information will be stored electronically on a secure site to prevent unauthorized people from accessing it.

What I Do Not Do with Your Information

At no time will any of the information you provide in the course of conducting business with Bee’s Cards be given, loaned, rented, traded or sold to another site for any purposes including being added to mailing lists for solicitation purposes. Your information is kept for use by Bee’s Cards only.  If we must use a third party shipping service such as UPS or FedEx we will have to provide them with the shipping information in order for you purchase to be delivered.

Payment Information

Because Bee’s Cards does not accept credit or debit cards, we do not collect any banking information from you. Our preferred method of payment is though PayPal.  As such you will have to refer to their privacy policy if you wish to see what steps they take to protect your privacy as they have their own privacy policy which gives you certain legal rights.

As you are accessing this site via the Internet and your browser you have a right to know about tracking cookies. While we must have your personal information in order to create the custom invitations or other products you have ordered, you have a right to have it removed from our database once the job is finished. We keep it on file in case you should need to place another order or in the event we send out newsletters or special offers. If at any time after the fulfillment of your order you wish to have your personal information deleted from our files, you have a right to do. All you need to do is contact via email with your request and your information will be deleted permanently from our files.

If there comes a time in the future when we consider the disclosure of any of your personal information to a third party, we will contact you in writing and ask for your permission. At no time will we ever share any of your personal data without your express knowledge and consent in writing.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

As technologies change and Bee’s Cards grows it may become necessary for changes to be made to this privacy policy. Should any changes we make affect how your personal information is stored or used, we will make every possible action within reason to contact you and let you know about the changes. At this time you can opt-out and we will delete your information from our database permanently.
