1. Wow, these are all handmade, they must be really expensive.
That is what is great about Bees Cards, we have stock materials and specialty items. Mixed and matched we can accommodate almost any budget.

2. Can you give me a price range?
Our handmade 3 layer custom party invitations start at $3 and go up based on embellishments and extras. You decide what is important to you.

3. How long does it take for you to create and produce my invitation?
Since all of our products are made by hand, one piece at a time, try and plan ahead. We can speed the process if necessary, but allow up to 4 weeks if possible.

4. Will I be able to see an example?
Yes. We send a sample for approval prior to production.

5. Do you charge extra for customizing?
No, we specialize in making a unique invitation designed specifically for your event.

6. Do you have minimum quantities?
Since all of our items are hand made, very few items have high minimum quantities. Weddings, Bar Mitzvahs are usually 25 unless there is a specialized cutting or printing process.

7. Can I order a design exactly as it appears on your website?
If you see a particular design on the website that is perfect for your event, I will make every effort to duplicate it. However, due to ever changing paper patterns and embellishment stock from suppliers, I cannot guarantee that all supplies as they appear online will be available.

8. Can you match my invitations to my bridesmaid’s dresses or the theme we’ve chosen?
All of Bee Cards designs are custom for your event. If you have any special requests, need to match certain colors, or even have a vision of something you want but just don’t know how to achieve it, just let me know, and we can work together to make that vision a reality

9. How and when do I pay?
You may pay with a check or money order or via Paypal. I take a 50% deposit and the balance is due prior to final shipment.

10. What is your cancellation / refund policy?
Due to the highly custom nature of my work, all sales are final. A project may only be canceled if supplies have not yet been ordered. I work with my clients to ensure that they are happy with their invitation package BEFORE it goes into production so that an inconvenient and costly refund has yet to become necessary!

11.Where are you located?
Bees Cards is located in Stevenson Ranch California.
