Planning YOUR Party

August 11th, 2008

I think that the party you have is unique to you and your family. It does not need to compare to anyone else, that is not to say that it shouldn’t be special BUT, it does not mean that just because the Rabinowitz kid had fireworks that you have to also! An event that you pay for and invite guests to attend is sure to be a reflection on you, but that is the key … it should be about you, not what someone else did. If you are over the top, have a party that reflects that, if you like sports, center your event around that. It is a party for you and about you after all. When you actually have a free pass to make it “All about me” DO IT! MY suggestion is to start by picking a theme. Remember when you send out your invitations, order t-shirts, create cd’s (plan the firework show!!! LOL) it should all match your theme. Custom party invitations will set the tone and let your guests know what they have to look forward to.

Why order Custom Handmade Invitations?

July 17th, 2008

With custom invitations, you get exactly what you want. The color, the size. the envelope type - everything.  Custom = unique.  What is important to remember is that the invitation sets the tone for your entire event.

With handmade invitations you can pay for exactly what you need … if you need 27 invitations, that is what you pay for, not 50. So, for more intimate affairs, handmade custom invitations will often be the same investment (sometimes even less depending on the number of invitations needed).

Last minute additions … try calling the company who mass produces and asking for 3 more invitations! With handmade invitations usually you can add on and pay per invitation. This is a good question to ask prior to making a decision.

For themed events, custom is the way to go …. here are a couple of my favorite themed invitations:

Poker Party or Casino Night

Las Vegas Night
